Halfway there!

I don't know how I am already halfway through this pregnancy but I am! I'm feeling great! Been pretty emotional lately but other then that great! Tomorrow is our 20 week ultrasound and I am super pumped to be able to see our little man for an extended amount of time!! We moved the guest bed out of the guest room and it officially became the new nursery! We picked out the paint color and will have it painted in a few weeks =) 

Big boy room!

We moved you to your big boy room last week!! You are doing SO well! Way better then we could have imagined! We ( mostly mom) were so nervous! We have always rocked you to sleep with milk but lately with you getting so big and my bump getting bigger it has been getting progressively hard. You had been sleeping awful which now we know is because you were just not comfortable in your crib. It was taking up to an hour to get you to sleep at night and you were waking in the middle of the night a few times a week and it would take 2-3 hours to rock you back to sleep ( noooo way!) mommy and daddy were getting very tired! We figured it was going to happen soon anyway since your little brother or sister is going to need your crib soon. Originally we had planned to wait until you tried climbing out of your crib but you never have! Anyway we went shopping for your bed and found the perfect one on sale at pottery barn kids and (duh) planned your room theme around trains! We had NO idea how it was going to go switching from crib to bed and from rocking no not rocking all at the same time, AND cold turkey! We decided a slow process would not be good with how old you are. You are VERY smart and we just knew you would use your cuteness to manipulate us into giving in! Night 1 was obviously very very rough. Mommy lost it halfway through but thankfully the whole "sleep training" process only took about 45 minutes and you were sound asleep! Your new routine is 2 books and 3 songs! Mommy puts you down for nap and daddy puts you to sleep at nighttime. We sing you Thomas the train, Winnie the Pooh, and the eyes of Texas. All your favorite songs that happen to be short so it works perfect! We thought night 2 would be way harder but it went PERFECT. You ran straight to your room to pick your books when we said bedtime and rolled over and went right to sleep. Since then we have not had any tears and actually have to wake you up from your naps. You are sleeping late in the mornings and don't wake up at night! All 3 of us have never had so much sleep =) you are such a big boy and we are so proud of you! 16 weeks

Not much as far as updates! Other then being super tired cause I'm pregnant and have a toddler this pregnancy had been a  breeze so far! No nausea at all anymore, no back pains or anything! I still have not gained any weight ( I have no idea how) I'm hungry ALL the time and have a ton of cravings just like I did with Nathan. Although I feel like I craved more sweets and fruit with him and this time it's a lot of salty things. It's awful because it's all fast food which is making us broker then we already are! I started feeling movement at 15 1/2 weeks and I love it! I can't wait to see it and be able to feel it on the outside so Jonathan and Nathan can see also! We find out the gender TOMORROW but are having the sono tech put it in an envelope so we can find out with our family next weekend in San Antonio. Kimbee is planning a little party and I can't wait. =) Jonathan and I as well as everyone else is guessing girl but I would be equally excited for a brother for Nathan! Nathan started saying sissy on his own which literally gave me chills I have NO idea where he got that and it's going to be so cool if we find out it is a girl and he calls her that =)
