We officially have a toddler! I know he isnt 1 yet but he might as well be. He is clapping, waving, pointing, dancing, climbing and talking! He has grown SO much here lately and I cant believe what a kid he is already! He is ALL boy, he loves wrestling with his daddy and making messes. He IS starting to like helping clean up though. He has learned a bunch of "commands" he knows "clean up" "put it in here" "go get your _" "go give daddy a kiss" ""go give this to mommy" etc. He is so smart! he knows who Barney is and Thomas the train and will even point to pictures when you say "where is __" Our big boy is running around the house and doesnt crawl anymore =( he started drinking almond milk with his cereal and is cutting down on the bottles (pretty much only when he goes down for a nap or at night time before bed) he started saying "dog" his first real word! (other then mama and dada which he says ALL the time) Just this morning he was running around the house looking for his daddy saying dada? dada? ....he went straight to the bathroom..... He LOVES to be outside! He has been going to the park a lot lately and loves climbing up the stairs by himself. He loves his playdates with his friends and the little gym. He doesnt eat baby food at all anymore and mostly prefers feeding himself. His favorite thing to do I think these days is facetime! He loves talking to his grandma and aunt bee on the phone every night. On a sad note he has been sick ALL MONTH! It started with a cold which always takes him a while to kick and after a long time of not getting better we took him to the doctor and found out he had a DOUBLE ear infection! poor sweet boy. The antibiotics didnt work so he is almost done with his second dose now. He is finally starting to seem back to his normal self thank goodness!
